Hyundai is a brand that has been plagued with negative connotations here in the U.S. For decades, Hyundai infamously held many unflattering labels, such as “cheap” or “low quality.” But those words can no longer be used to describe the latest generation of Hyundai models, which are rapidly becoming known for luxury and quality.

New Hyundais boast distinctive styling, competitive price tags, and attractive amenities. But what helps drive consumers into Washington DC area Hyundai dealer showrooms is the competitive warranty available on all Hyundai products. This warranty also continues Hyundai Assurance, which was an attractive feature for consumers when the economy stumbled.

But Acura aficionados aren’t the only ones noticing the recent changes at the Korean automaker. Vehicles that were once considered some of the poorest quality vehicles are now giving brands that cost twice as much a run for their money!

Hyundai will not overtake brands like Mercedes, Lexus, or Infinti, anytime soon in terms of luxury panache and status, but the brand has made remarkable improvements in just a few years’ time, and those improvements show no signs of slowing down.
